Refund policy

We are really proud about our works they are considered real artworks and pratically eternal.Because each panels is a unique piece handmade is possible to find some smallest imperfections or differences who asn't to be considered as defects.

Craftsmanshifp ,stone, wood and the natural material never can be identical. The panels will be refunded only in case of damages caused during the delivery but not for other reasons.

The same if the way to clean isn't approppriate , for example using in hard way the rag who can removing some metal parts or using  aggressive products.We are sure about extremely art and quality of our works so 5 years of warranty is included.
